Lake Group Strata are not a real estate company, or property management company. For over 25 years, Lake Group Strata have only focused on managing Strata and Community Title property. We have two dedicated offices in Newcastle and Maitland and from here, service all of the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Myall Lakes regions. Lake Group Strata are members of Strata Community Australia (SCA NSW) and Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW). We are bound by and committed to a strict code of ethics from both bodies.

Our Committee
The leadership of Maitland Business Chamber comprises an elected board of up to 12 members including the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Members who commit on a voluntary basis.
