HDB Town Planning is a Hunter-based consultancy delivering professional town planning, urban design and civil engineering services throughout the Hunter Region and New South Wales. We assist landowners, developers, businesses and government agencies with development applications, planning proposals, subdivisions, feasibility studies, due diligence and site assessments. Our team combines extensive industry experience with a practical understanding of planning legislation and local government processes to provide clear advice and efficient project delivery. From initial concept planning through to approval, HDB Town Planning is committed to achieving positive, sustainable and commercially sound outcomes for our clients and communities.

Our Committee
The leadership of Maitland Business Chamber comprises an elected board of up to 12 members including the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Members who commit on a voluntary basis.
