Maitland HealthStays Project is an initiative of the Combine Rotary Clubs of Maitland.
HealthStays has a Board of 4 Directors.
HealthStay's Board is assisted by Committee of Local Business and Community Representatives.
The Goal; to build accommodation on an 8000square metre block at Turton Street, East Maitland.
The affordable accommodation will offer a 'home away experience ' to people receiving treatment in the Maitland Hospital and/or surrounding Health Precinct. and to their Family and Carers.
The Families and Carers of both outpatients and inpatients of Maitland Hospital or Maitland Private Hospital will be welcomed. (note; Detail Explanation/Document to follow)
Many of the above mentioned will need to travel long distances from their home and be required to stay overnight, or for much longer periods.

Our Committee
The leadership of Maitland Business Chamber comprises an elected board of up to 12 members including the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Members who commit on a voluntary basis.
