Insights on First Nations Career Success

Youth Express will be hosting a free cultural workshop and provide lunch on Tuesday, 20th, August 2024 at the Monte Pio Hotel.

The workshop will focus on the insights of Frist Nations Career Success and all are welcome to experience the insightful and enriching session featuring Tray Ryan.

Tray Ryan is a respected Wiradyuri/Camileroi woman, long-time Careers Adviser, Educational designer and Career Development Practitioner.

Topics will include:

-The significance of community-based values and how they influence career choices.

-Identifying and leveraging individuals and community strengths and interests.

-Setting relevant and meaningful goals for First Nations learners.

-Deep engagement with the community to support positive outcomes.

-Fostering active and equal partnerships within the community.
