NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Maitland Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc (trading as Maitland Business Chamber) will be held at:

Thursday 28th September 2023 at 1pm
Three Executive Committee positions are open for nominations at the 2023 AGM. Three of the current Executive Committee are at the end of their two-year term and will need to re-stand. All members are welcome to nominate for the committee, votes will be taken from the floor.
Nomination forms can be downloaded from our website here or requested via email from admin@maitlandbusiness.com.au.
Nomination forms can be received via post (PO Box 77 Maitland NSW 2320) or via email admin@maitlandbusiness.com.au.
Nominations are to be received by the Executive Officer no later than 7 calendar days before the AGM, being COB 21st of September 2023. Any forms received after COB on this date will not be counted.
