September 2024 Networking Event Mentally Safe

The Maitland Business Chamber is excited to present our September networking event – Mentally Safe with thanks to Gold Sponsors The Bloomfield Group.

The Bloomfield Group is a proud and successful Australian mining and engineering group. Australian owned and operated, Bloomfield has been part of the Maitland community for more than 85 years, supporting local businesses and employing hundreds of people across the Hunter. In addition to several operations, including mining, engineering, and biodiesel manufacturing, The Bloomfield Group operates the Bloomfield Mine east of Maitland.

The Mentally Safe presentation will explore psychosocial hazards in the workplace. The Bloomfield Group will not only explain what psychosocial hazards might be affecting your workplace but will also discuss the legal responsibilities and accountabilities for managing these hazards. We invite all attendees to join us for casual barefoot bowls after lunch.
