HUNTER & CENTRAL COAST BUSINESS TRAINING RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY PURCHASING
NEWCASTLE, MAITLAND & ONLINE | 31st JULY, 7TH & 14TH AUG 2024

Are you looking to switch to renewable electricity for your business based in the Hunter? Join our
introductory renewable electricity purchasing training workshops for businesses in the Hunter region this July-August 2024.

Business Renewables Centre Australia (BRC-A), Australia’s peak renewable energy purchasing initiative,
will deliver ‘how to’ PPA workshops for business energy buyers to share the basics of renewable energy
procurement in NSW regions, thanks to support from Energy Corporation of NSW (Energy Co).

Renewable electricity PPAs enable businesses to benefit from low-cost renewable electricity, reduce emissions and share in the benefits these projects with regional communities.

These lunchtime workshops will be held both in-person and online in July – August 2024 and are suitable for organisations buying over 1 GWh of electricity per year. If you typically spend $200,000 or more a year on electricity, it’s ideal for you.
