The Coffee Hideaway prides itself on using Josie Coffee, roasted locally at Gateshead. Josie Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster that sources high-quality beans and roasts them with care and passion. Offering different blends of Josie Coffee each with its own unique flavour profile and aroma, The Coffee Hideaway also extracts flavours from seasonal single origins, which are coffees that come from one specific region or farm.
