Our Gaelic name UAINE ('oonyah') means green and verdant reflecting our Hunter Valley heritage and our commitment to the environment and our community. UAINE's manufacturing facility overlooks the Hunter River only metres away from Morpeth's original candle factory established in the 1850's.
UAINE Candles is an Australian owned and operated business with the goal of making beautiful candles that are the cleanest, safest and healthiest available. UAINE Candles are hand poured using 100% soy wax and the finest fragrances and raw materials available. Unlike most other candles, they contain no chemicals or additives - they are natural and fresh & vegan-friendly.

Our Committee
The leadership of Maitland Business Chamber comprises an elected board of up to 12 members including the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Members who commit on a voluntary basis.
