Kylie is also a Certified Hypnotherapist registered with the American Board of Hypnotherapy, helping clients work at a deeper level with mindset, habits, and behavioural patterns that can impact performance, confidence, and personal or professional progress.

The leadership of Maitland Business Chamber comprises an elected board of up to 12 members including the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Members who commit on a voluntary basis.
